New hotel is tallest building between Tulsa and Springdale
WHAT: Ribbon cutting and news conference to celebrate the opening of the new hotel at Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs. The hotel is the tallest building between Tulsa, Okla., and Springdale, Ark.
WHEN: Tuesday, June 8, 2010, 10 a.m.
WHERE: Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs, Hotel Lobby, U.S. Highway 412 and State Highway 59
The seven-story hotel’s amenities include 140 rooms and seven suites of varying size, three meeting rooms, a fitness room and an upscale coffee bar.
The newly opened coffee bar, “A Perfect Cup,” will provide free samples of Starbucks® coffee and pastries to attendees, and rooms on the seventh floor of the hotel will be available for viewing.
Speakers will include Principal Chief Chad Smith, Cherokee Nation; Chief Executive Officer David Stewart, Cherokee Nation Entertainment; and Mayor Elaine Car, West Siloam Springs.
