Cherokee Nation Entertainment Community Relations welcomes all inquiries and requests from community organizations, events and other interested parties. Each inquiry will be reviewed by the CNE Sponsorship Committee and issued a response.

Requests must come from an organization, non-profit group or community business. Individual or specific personal requests do not qualify for donation or sponsorship. All CNE Community Relations services shall be used for lawful purposes only. To be considered for funding, an applicant must submit a written request via mail, e-mail or fax to CNE on appropriate letterhead. Each request should contain the following:

• An overview of the organization of event;
• Project information and objectives;
• Target market and audience size/participation level; and
• Advertising or promotional opportunities

Requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the event or they will be declined. Requesters will be notified of the Sponsorship Committee's decision within 30 days of the monthly meeting. We will contact you as soon as possible. All materials, publications or products taken to or used at an event for support or sponsorship by CNE staff, is solely the property of CNE. CNE retains all proprietary rights in any process, procedure or distribution of such.

As a general rule, CNE charitable contributions are not used for:

• General operating costs
• Individuals or team sponsorships
• Academic or medical research
• Political causes, organizations or candidates
• Religious organizations, programs or events
• Trips and travel
• Endowment campaigns
